Evo-Lenia is the supporting material for paper - "Capturing Emerging Complexity in Lenia" which is accepted in WIVACE2023
Here you will find all code and material to reproduce the paper work. It is divided into multiple parts. Each part corresponds to a Google Colab notebook where you can create your own version of code and run all cells along with other required offline material.
An Evolutionary Computation EvoLenia run for 500 generations on default growth function and a handcrafted kernel shows a ring forming bacteria. Amazed by the robustness of Lenia behaviour, while mutating kernel variation based fitness.

There is a standard taxonomy for a specie to be part of Lenia-verse (Family and Expanded universe). But how about some alien life, that of course do not fulfils the taxonomy or classification, but still helps us understand the dynamics and emergence of complexity! pic.twitter.com/D7lhs6LZSy
